Multi-purpose processor and simple and reliable operation Wether you work with standard, mammo or graphic films, the mi-5 has the advantage of easily adjusted temperature and speed controls to ensure consistant high quality output mi-5 is fully automated requiring the minimum of operator attention. Other than switching on or of and inserting films, there is little else for the operator to do. All functions such as fitting and heating of tanks are taken care of by the processor control unit. Low Chemical Consumption and Stand-by Mode Micro sensors detect and measure film length and automatically replenish just the correct amount of chemistry for a perfect result. When the mi-5 is switched on and awaiting another film, it will automatically go into the stand-by modue. That means minimal usage of chemicals and reduced electrical consumption, but remaining ready to instant action. Anti-Crystallisation Feature and Anti-Oxidation Programm To prevent the formation of crystals and the subsequent build up of sediment on the rollers, the rollers turen automatically at 20-minute intervals. To ensure chemicals remain active, a small quantity is automatically replenish every hour to maintain optimum performance. Easy Access The removable front cover makes for easy access for servicing/inspection of the main components of mi-5. Without the need to drain tanks or rotate the machine.
