Medical Index used a new kind of metallic-lead containing co-poymer mixed with major portion of synthetic rubber which makes the material lighter. The softness is obtained without any chemical softener which can get into the cover material and can make it hard and brittle. Medical Index X-Ray Protection Garments are made up of 4 instead of one stiff and unflexible layer. By the way, the maufactoring process is installed in a water and solvent free system for enviroment protection.

We make high demands on quality and durability. Impregnation is not enough. For this reason we are using a high quality taffeta with high tensile strength, which is tretated to times: a polyurethane coating inside and a silicone or fluorocarbon Impregnation outside for easy cleaning. We sew with a 100% Polyester-Multifilamenttwist, which is ususally used in the shoe- and furniture-industry. A long connection is guaranteed, because of a high wear- and tear-resistance and its well balanced expansion-characteristics. Our velcro fastenings are best known for their high tensile and shear strength.
